Okorocha, who recently launched the Ministry of Happiness and Purpose, alleged that when officers from the Nigeria Air Force, led by Air Command's commanding ground commander Air Vice Marshal Sampson Akpasa, visited him at the government building over the weekend.
Okorocha said that agitation, rebellion and hate speech come when people are not happy.
I commend the Nigeria Air Force for the good work they are doing in this country, especially their fight against the uprising, and currently what is happening in Numan and all their efforts, peace in this area restore. I am especially proud of the Nigerian Air Force.
But one thing is for sure: when you look at it lately, the extent of crises and agitation increases. While fighting the uprising, I would recommend that we also find the cause of this agitation.
Agitation occurs when people are not happy and the whole essence of life is supposed to be happy. For that reason, I advise that the Air Force, as well as what I did recently, that most people did not understand, should create a division of happiness and purpose.

This will help to satisfy the need for equality of subordinate officers who may have some forms of dissatisfaction in the performance of their duties.
Sometimes one may think that they are happy when they are not, and this sabotages the efforts of the federal government, advised the governor.
In the Imo state, we introduced the Ministry of Happiness and Purpose.
I urge the Air Force to imitate what we are doing in the Imo state to give everyone a sense of belonging, Okorocha added.
