Fayose arrives Benue via a jet

The Governor of Benue state has welcomed his counterpart from Ekiti state who is in the state to console him over the death of his people.

The Governor of Ekiti State, Peter Ayodele Fayose has arrived Benue for a condolence visit on Governor Samuel Ortom over the New Year Massacre of over 73 innocent farmers. Governor Samuel Ortom of Benue State received him and his entourage a short while ago at the Makurdi Air Port.

It will be recalled that Governor Nyesom Wike of Rivers state was in the state yesterday and visited the graveyard where 73 people killed by Fulani herdsmen were buried.
