A man will spend next seven years in prison after he murdered his brother by force-feeding him potatoes in Jutland, Denmark.
The killing took place in this Jutland area of Denmark
The 55-year-old man has been found guilty of killing his brother by force feeding him potatoes. The two unnamed brothers were drinking in their house before things turned violent and one of them died.
According to local media reports, the younger man allegedly strangled his sibling to death while shoving potatoes down his throat, the court heard.
The incident took place on November 13 last year in the brothers’ shared home, according to Danish media reports. Neither brother has been named.
When paramedics arrived they found potatoes lodged in the victim’s throat.
The court concluded it was ‘unrealistic’ the 57-year-old could get two potatoes in his throat by accident or that he wanted to commit suicide as his brother had claimed.
The older brother was jailed for seven years at the Court of Hjørring.
