Yemi Alade has announced plans to release her sophomore album titled ‘Mama Africa’ in March 2016.In a post via her Instagram page, the energetic singer revealed the album title and the release date.

She said: “My darling Tangerines; my sophomore studio album will hit stores physically and digitally come March of 2016. It is titled “Mama Africa”.

Yemi Alade, who is about to launch her jewellery line, gave an insight into what fans should expect from the record.

She said: “It focuses on the joys and pains, the highs and lows, the strengths and weaknesses of an African woman. In short, it is the diary of an African Woman.”

The singer is set to drop the video of her new release, Nagode, in a week.
