Earlier, the prosecutor, Cpl. Friday Adaji, told the court that one Samuel Ikenna of Behind Aso A Mararaba, lodged a complaint against the accused at the Aso Pada Police Station on Nov. 9.

Adaji said that on Oct. 24, at about 2p.m. the complainant said that the accused attacked him with a knife and stole his money.

The Presiding Judge, Mr Albert Maga, after listening to the prosecutor and Ashukwu, ordered that the accused be remanded in prison custody.

“You are to be remanded in Keffi Prison till Nov. 19, for ruling,’’ Maga ordered.
