Former Aviation Minster and controversial politician, Femi Fani-Kayode has taken a swipe on President Muhammadu Buhari for appointing another northerner as the EFCC Chairman, tagging the latest appointment as “insensitive to the south.”
The Former PDP campaign spokesperson, made the comment today via Twitter, where he also refereed to the Pro – Biafra match which was held during the weekend. He drew the attention of the President to the danger inherent in leaving southerners out of his government.
DAILY POST had earlier reported that President Muhammedu Buhari yesterday sacked Ibrahim Larmode as the EFCC chairman and appointed another northerner, Mustapha Magu as the Acting Chairman of the Commission.
Femi, in his post said, ” is it that the southerners are incapable?”.
He however urged the president to be fair in his appointments as such could bring peace to the country.
