INEC has earlier declared Ikpeazu winner of the April 11 election with Alex Otti challenging the result.
Recently, the APGA had condemned Governor Ikpeazu over what it referred to as selective demolition of alleged illegal structures in Aba town.
The party accused the Abia state governor of malice in view of the said destruction of structures saying that the development was vindictive and targeted at members of the party.
APGA had also in a statement in late September lambasted the governor of Imo state, Rochas Okorocha, over alleged unguarded, caustic and disparaging utterances against the party.
The party scolded the governor for not being grateful to it having come to political limelight through it instead of resorting to verbal attack.
