Man left dangling by his feet out of 15th-floor flat window MAN slipped while cleaning the windows and was left hanging for 30 minutes before his neighbours knocked down the door and saved him.

The man's trousers were said to have caught a hook on the frame, preventing him from falling to his death.

Mobile video footage taken by horrified eyewitnesses shows the man swinging in the air in the city of Novosibirsk in Russia.

His top can be seen falling over his face, rendering him sightless as he sways in mid-air.

He was left swinging in mid-air for 30 minutes before he was rescued by neighbours

He tries to remove it but gives up and shouts for help instead.

Witnesses called the police to the address to rescue the man - but his neighbours got there first and performed the heroics.
