The general overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church Of God (RCCG), Pastor Enoch Adeboye, has revealed why the church still collect offering from its members despite its wealth.
The cleric who spoke on Monday, December 7, at the commencement of the church’s annual Redemption Camp, while preaching on the topic: “The Flood Of Love,” said the worship centre still collect offering from members in order to get them out of poverty.
The respected man of God advised the church members that, if any of them is not certain about his or her salvation, such a person should forget giving offering.
This year’s congress which is tagged: “The Floodgates of Heaven” has assembled hundreds of thousands of faithfuls from across the country to the camp.
