Caitlyn Jenner and Pulitzer Prize-winning writer Buzz Bissinger will team up once again, this time to write a memoir about her very public transition, Grand Central Publishing announced today. The news comes some six months after Caitlyn made her debut on the cover of Vanity Fair, along with a cover story by Bissinger. Caitlyn approached him with an idea for a memoir months after the magazine came out, according to Bissinger, who adds that the book will include “dozens” of interviews with other people and will be “reported out to keep her honest.”
In a statement released through the publisher, Caitlyn says, “It will be nice to slow things down a bit and take the proper time to reflect on this journey.”
You have just over one year to make some room on your bookshelf Caitlyn’s memoir is tentatively scheduled for a spring 2017 release.
