A popular monarch in Peremabiri village in Bayelsa, Progress Neverdie was one of the victims of the election violence that ripped Bayelsa this past weekend.
Neverdie was in the company of his body guards on Saturday the 9th of January 2016 when he was shot at close range.
He is currently clinging to life at the hospital.
