It was gathered that the influential politician was buried according to Islamic rites at the Farm Centre Cemetery in Tarauni local government area of the state.
Governor of the state, Abdullahi Ganduje, and his deputy, Hafizu Abubakar, attended the funeral prayer
The governor who briefed reporters after the burial, described the deceased as a hard working and dedicated member of the party, adding that the party would miss him greatly because of his exemplary leadership qualities and kindness to the people.
