Popular Ghanaian actress, Princess Shyngle, who is famous for her curvacious hour-glass figure, has been hospitalised with kidney disease after too much use a controversial slimming device (waist trainer) to give her a 22-inch waist.
It was gathered that her illness comes as doctors warned that waist trainers, or corsets that women wear to achieve a smaller waist, can cause damage to internal organs.
'I exercise every single day, I don't have to go to the gym but I make sure I do my sit-ups at home. I drink my green tea, warm water and lemon every day and I am always on a diet.
'Naturally, I have always been curvy. The slim waist is the result of waist training but the figure is God given.'
As the news of her kidney disease which was allegedly caused by too much use of waist trainer went viral on social media, the actress took to Instagram to address her critics, below is what she wrote;
