The rate of assassinations in Rivers State has continued unabated as a police protection officer has been brutally murdered in broad daylight.
Unknown gunmen have yet again gone on rampage as they attacked and killed a policeman in an escort vehicle. This reportedly happened yesterday along Waterline area in Port-Harcourt, Rivers State.
The reports are still sketchy. This is a public call to Governor Nyesom Wike of Rivers State to put up a formidable war against insecurity in the state to guarantee the protection of lives and properties which is the essence of a state.
