The Nigerian Ports Authority (NPA) stated this in its publication – `Shipping Position’, – a copy of which was made available to the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) on Wednesday in Lagos.
The document indicated that four other ships had arrived the ports waiting to discharge aviation fuel, base oil, ethanol and diesel.
NPA noted that 26 other ships containing petroleum products, food items and other goods were being expected at the ports from May 4 to May 19.
It explained that other expected ships contained general cargoes, bulk sugar, buck wheat, crude palm olein, diesel, bulk gypsum, kerosene, bulk charcoal, containers and ethanol.
NAN reports that 18 other ships are at the ports discharging wheat, general cargoes, petrol, sugar, bulk gas, and containers. (NAN)
