LASTMA Officer Jumps Inside a Moving Car, Drags the Steering With Driver (Video)

An official of the Lagos State Management Agency was pictured in a movie-like action in public while trying to apprehend a traffic offender.

LASTMA officials in Lagos are stark enemies of commercial drivers who are in the die-hard habit of flouting traffic rules and regulations to beat time in the congested Lagos state.

The officer was spotted on camera dragging the steering of the offender's vehicle while in motion. The offender also puts up a struggle to hinder his arrest as seen in the video below:
