Reports reaching us from Ekiti reveal several groups of people have marched out in large numbers to protest against the verbose Governor Ayodele Fayose over his stand on Buhari's anti-corruption fight.
There is an ongoing protest against Governor Ayo Fayose in Ekiti state by agitating artisans, trade union members and students who gathered to drum support for president Muhammadu Buhari's anti-corruption fight.
The protesters are escorted by police officers who are on ground to avoid breakdown of law and order. Some of the placards wielded by the people appealed to Fayose to return state funds allegedly stashed in private bank accounts.
Fayose has been at war with the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC which froze his personal bank accounts with Zenith Bank Plc over suspicions of fraud.
