Lily Grace Victoria Rothschild was born in New York City on Friday morning (08Jul16), a source tells Entertainment Tonight.
The new mum and her husband, banking heir James Rothschild, were joined by their closest family members, who eagerly welcomed the new addition to the family.
Little Lily is the first child for Nicky and James, who wed in a lavish ceremony at London's Kensington Palace almost a year ago. The couple will celebrate its first wedding anniversary on Sunday (10Jul16).
The 32-year-old new mum has been documenting her pregnancy on social media, and recently shared a sweet snap of herself cradling her bulging belly while sitting in her daughter's nursery.
"Preparing for the little one's arrival," she captioned the shot, in which she was featured sitting on the ground, looking at framed family photos.
Nicky celebrated her pregnancy with a baby shower at Los Angeles' Hotel Bel-Air in May (16), when she was joined by friends and relatives including her mother Kathy and sister Paris.
Paris has previously expressed her excitement at becoming an aunt, gushing, "I can't begin to describe the feeling, I'm so excited and so thrilled for Nicky. She will be a wonderful mum and I want to be the best aunt I can be. I'm already shopping for my niece and can't wait to meet her soon.
"The whole family cannot wait," she added. "This is the first baby, the first time my (parents) being grandparents. Everyone's thrilled."
