PDP Leadership Crisis Over? Sheriff, Markarfi, Ekweremadu, Others in All-night Meeting (Photo)

Nigeria's major opposition party, PDP which has been rocked with leadership crisis for few months now, is on the verge of reconciling their differences as the party leaders embark on an all-night marathon meeting.


It seems the national leadership crisis between Ali Modu-Sheriff and caretaker chairman, Ahmed Markarfi, which has been rocking Nigeria's opposition party, Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) may have been finally resolved.

PDP's director of New Media, Adeyanju Deji, took to his Twitter page to reveal that the party's leaders were locked in an all-night closed-door meeting last night in a bid to resolve what seem like an unending crisis which has taken them to court on several occasions.

A photo shared by Deji (above) sees Modu Sheriff siting in the same seat with his rival, Markarfi and the deputy senate president, Ike Ekweremadu, as well as chairman of PDP governors forum, Olusegun Mimiko.
