Rapper Shawty Lo is Dead , Watch-Download Accident in Atlanta , Shawty Lo Died Today September 21st 2016 ,  After Fatal Hit-And-Run Accident In Atlanta , before his death , Carlos Walker, better known by his stage name Shawty Lo, was an American hip hop recording artist from Moultrie, Georgia.

Walker was a founding member of the Southern hip hop group D4L and in 2003, founded D4L Records.
