The picture acquired by NAIJ.com showed the Facebook user taking a snap in the aisle of a plane next to man spotting Soyinka’s famous gray afro hairdo.
Although NAIJ.com could not immediately confirm the date when the picture was taken, the Facebook user announced in the post “Fellow Nigerians!!! Prof and I are on our back to Nigeria.”
Recall that Soyinka had said on Wednesday, November 2 while giving a speech to students of Oxford University in England that he would destroy his Green card in the eventuality of a Trump presidency but that decision will have to wait.
