The man shocked people when he stormed the road and stripped off before proceeding to lay on the expressway stark n*ked.
The incident reportedly happened at Apogbon bridge in Lagos.
The unidentified man who appears to be mentally unstable, stripped himself n*ked and lay in the middle of the road.
His action has caused serious traffic for motorists plying the road.
