Mark Zuckerberg may have found his way back to religion as he said he now believes religion is important. Zuckerberg, the founder of Facebook was a confirmed atheist; raised in a Jewish family, he turned his back on faith at age 13 shortly after his Bar Mitzvah.

However, on Christmas day, December 25, Mike posted a Facebook post to celebrate Christmas and Hannukah with Facebook users.

Zuckerberg wrote: “Merry Christmas and Happy Hanukkah from Priscilla, Max, Beast and me! Seeing the moments of joy and family shared on Facebook today is one of my favorite things about our community.

"I hope you're surrounded by friends and loved ones, and that you have a chance to reflect on all the meaningful things in your life. May the light of your friendships continue to brighten your life and our entire world.”

When Jose Antonio a Facebook user responded to Zuckerberg's post, asking him: “But aren’t you an atheist?”

Zuckerberg responded to the question by saying: "No. I was raised Jewish and then I went through a period where I questioned things, but now I believe religion is very important."

In August 2016, Zuckerberg and his wife, Priscilla Chan, met with Roman Catholic leader Pope Francis at the Vatican, and later shared their admiration for the pope's "mercy and tenderness" and the way he connected with people of different faiths.

It’s not yet known what religion Zuckerberg has found because, although Zuckerberg was born a Jewish, he had in the past shown his appreciation for Buddhism which is his wife’s religion.

Meanwhile, Zuckerberg recently showed off his personal robot butler, Jarvis. The butler, which interestingly was voiced by Morgan Freeman, can control lights, make toasts and play music.

Zuckerberg communicates with Jarvis using Facebook Messenger or through voice commands, using a special app he built and programmed onto multiple iPhones around his house.
