Fulani Herdsmen Arrested With Weapons in Kaduna by Police (Photos)

Some Fulani herdsmen suspected to have a hand in the Southern Kaduna crisis have been apprehended by the men of the Nigeria Police Force with dangerous weapons recovered from them.

According to one Abdiel Kude who lives in Kaduna State, two Fulani men were today arrested by policemen at Samaru Kataf roundabout.

2 AK rifles and 2 cutlasses were recovered from them. On interrogation by security operatives, the suspected miscreants claimed they were headed to the Fadan Karshi area of the tumultous state.

They said they were going to Fadan Karshi. The reporting social media user posted this brief message on his Facebook page:

"These Fulani men were accosted today February 2, 2017 at about 7. 30 AM at the Samaru Kataf roundabout by the gallant and vigilant Police stationed there. They said they were on their on their way to Fadan Karshi. They had two AKs and two cutlasses."
