Comedian Gordons has tendered an apology to 2face Idibia and Nigerians over his careless statement that the singer is an illiterate.

Nigerian comedian Gordons has apologized to 2face Idibia over an interview he gave in which he called the star musician an illiterate.

The comedian who was lambasted by Nigerians said his words were taken out of context. He said he did not in any way mean to insult the singer, and begged him to accept his apologies.

The comedian had during an interview concerning 2face's planned protest which was later cancelled called the singer an illiterate.
