The horrific incident earlier shared on facebook by Awoniyi Isaac O, a medical doctor identified as Dr. Emmanuael Ogah has ruthlessly butchered his 62 years old mother to death ripping out her intestines in the process.
The ugly incident happened at Adeleye Aparadija Itele Ogun State, southwest Nigeria.
He has since been arrested by Ogun State Police
According to a release by the Police Public Relations Officer of the command, Abimbola Oyeyemi, the suspect was arrested on March 9, following a complaint from one Cletus Ogah who reported the incident at Itele -Ota Divisional Headquarters that his younger brother had stabbed their mother, Janet Ogah to death.

Upon receiving the complaint, the PPRO said the DPO of the division, CSP Lukman Raheem led detectives to the scene at No 16 Ololade street Lafenwa, Itele- Ota where the suspect was promptly arrested.

Oyeyemi, an ASP, added that preliminary investigation revealed that the suspect who had just finished his NYSC programme came back home three days earlier and had been having squabbles with the deceased since then.
In his statement, however, the suspect claimed that his mother was in the habit of insulting and disgracing him in the presence of her apprentices, hence, he took her life.
The corpse of the 62 year old food vendor has been deposited at the general hospital morgue for autopsy.
Meanwhile, the state Commissioner of Police, Ahmed Iliyasu has ordered the immediate transfer of the suspect to homicide section of the State Criminal Investigation and Intelligence Department for further investigation.
