The acting chairman of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), Ibrahim Magu, the comptroller-general of the Nigeria Customs Service, Hameed Ali, and Senate President, Bukola Saraki, on Friday, joined President Muhammadu Buhari for Jumat prayers at Aso Rock mosque.
The Governor of Katsina state, Bello Masari, and the director-general of the Department of State Services (DSS), Lawal Daura, were also at the mosque.
Recall that Magu and Ali has been having running battles with the senate. While Magu’s nomination was twice rejected, Ali was denied audience at the upper legislative chamber because he refused to heed the instruction of wearing the customs uniform.
