Dr, Doyin Okupe, the billionaire and the former Special Assistant to the Ex-President Goodluck Jonathan was last week spotted in public tricycle, popularly called Keke Marwa on Lagos Street.

The former spokesman of Jonathan shared the photo of himself in the tricycle, stating he did to beat the solution-defying Lagos traffic congestion.
