An Enugu High Court has affirmed the suspension of Ike Oye as the National Chairman of APGA and ordered INEC to upholds the decision of the party by recognizing Chief Martin Agbaso as the National Chairman of APGA.

The Court further restrained INEC from recognizing any other person as National Chairman of APGA except Chief Martin Agbaso ordering the Nigerian Police Force to comply with the decision of the party.
Meanwhile, in a press release from Victor Oye, signed by Ifeatu Obi Okoye, as it stands now, the court has declared Agbaso the national chairman until a higher court declares otherwise, any person violating the order risk jail term.
