Senator Ali Ndume has been reinstated to the Senate by the order of a Federal High court which today nullified his suspension.

A Federal High Court in Abuja, presided over by Justice Babatunde Quadri, has voided the suspension of Senator Mohammed Ali Ndume (Borno-APC) and ordered his reinstatement.
Quadri ordered Senate President, Bukola Saraki and the Senate to ensure prompt payment of Ndume’s salaries and allowances. He also directed for his reinstatement.
Ndume, who represents Borno South Senatorial District, was suspended in March.
