Faye Howard, the girlfriend of an ex-Manchester City footballer has tragically killed herself at a beauty spot.
The young lady killed herself after she struggled to deal with a life-changing condition, an inquest heard.
According to Daily Star, Faye Howard sent a cryptic final message to 22-year-old goalkeeper Billy O’Brien after she admitted she was left “embarrassed” and “feeling like a burden” due to a bowel condition.
The 23-year-old was later found hanging from a tree at Dunham Massey Park near Altrincham, Greater Manchester, after Billy, who she shared her apartment with, alerted cops when he received the message.
The Stockport hearing was told the bank worker had developed “Pelvic Floor Dyssynergia” after she was prescribed Amitriptyline for regular migraines.
Sadly her condition worsened which led her to struggle to hold down her employment.
In a statement, the ex-City youth team player – who now plays for Macclesfield Town – said: “I met Faye in 2015 via social media and things became quite serious quite quickly.
“While we were on holiday together she began to suffer from really bad stomach pains and constipation and she saw a doctor when we return to the UK.”
Despite taking medication for two years, there were no signs of improving and her condition became worse in May 2016.
Billy added: “It was clear that Faye was not in a good place and she said she felt like a burden. She decided to move and go home where she would feel more comfortable.
“It was very hard because we loved each other more than anything else in the world.”
The Liverpool John Moores sports science student began suffering from awful migraines where she began taking medication which cause problems with her bowel.
Her sister Rachel Bunn said: “The problem could have been treated with surgery but it was quite invasive so they tried to give her methods that were non-invasive.
“Her relationship with Billy began to struggle because she was embarrassed and ended up moving in with her mum because it was less embarrassing for her.”
Faye first got a job at a tanning shop in Altrincham – where she did really well.
But as her illness got worse, the girls at her workplace began to tease her which embarrassed her leading her to leave.
She then got a job at HSBC in the call centre and she found it easy to get on with the people as she enjoyed the job.
But in May she was signed off from work for six to eight weeks as she was struggling to cope.

Counselling was offered to Faye, but after one appointment she didn’t feel like she could speak to anyone.
The week before her death she went on a family holiday to Cyprus where Billy joined and they all had a good time.
Rachel added: “We noticed that Faye had lost a lot of weight because she wasn’t eating.
"After she returned from holiday she went into work for a meeting. There was a comment from a manager who said: ‘I am not here to babysit you’.”
“Then Faye handed in her notice at work. On the Thursday morning she came downstairs with a black sports bag and said to her dad: “I am sick of everything and everybody,” and that was the last everyone had seen her.”
Recording a conclusion of suicide, coroner Jason Wells said: "Faye found her condition very embarrassing and it caused problems with her job.
“She was given anti-depressants and throughout 2017 her mood was described as 'up and down.'
"I am satisfied there was indication of intent to take her life."
