The white wedding of Damilola Osinbajo to Seun Bakare, son of billionaire businesswoman, Bola Shagaya was said to have taken place at the National Christian Centre, Abuja.
Prof Osinbajo had on Wednesday, February 14, confirmed his daughter's wedding as he shared a picture of the lovebirds with the caption: "With joy and praise to the Lord, Dolly and I announce the betrothal of our daughter Oludamilola Osinbajo to Oluseun Bakare."

Many people had first thought the groom-to-be was a Muslim by faith but that wrong perception was set right when it was revealed that he is actually a worker in the Redeemed Christian Church of God, the same church in which Oluwadamilola and her family worships.

In a previous report Us, the much talked-about traditional wedding ceremony of Damilola, the daughter of Nigeria’s vice president, Professor Yemi Osinbajo, reportedly held at the old banquet hall of the Presidential Villa, Aso Rock, Abuja with guests filling the venue to capacity on Thursday, March 15.
Vanguard reports that the colourful high class traditional wedding had in attendance top Nigerians and leaders in various field of endeavours.
The report said the event began with a traditional marriage at the vice president’s Aguda official residence at the villa.
