Suspected Criminals Nabbed With Fake US Dollars Equivalent To N490 Million, Weapons (Photos)

Some suspected criminals have been reportedly nabbed with lots of fake US dollars worth about N490 million.

It has been reporetd that the Nigerian Police Force has paraded 48 suspects who were arrested for crimes such as kidnapping, armed robbery, car snatching, cattle rustling and fabrication of locally made prohibited/illegal firearms.

They have confessed to the various criminal roles they played in the commission of the crime.

The suspects are reported to have been terrorizing the FCT, Niger, Kaduna, Plateau, Katsina, Nasarawa and Zamfara states before their capture.

Below are the exhibits recovered from the suspected hoodlums.

i. Thirty Five (35) Exotic Cars

ii. Five (5) AK47 Rifles

iii. Three (3) Pump Action Guns

iv. Two (2) Single Barrel Guns

v. Three (3) SMG​ Rifles

vi. One (1) Revolver Pistol

vii. Two (2) Locally Made Pistols

viii. 822 Rounds of AK47 ammunition

ix. 68 9MM ammunition

x. Four (4) Live Cartridges.

xi. Five (5) Plasma TV Sets

xii. One (1) Home Theatre Radio

xiii. Seven (7) Vehicle Trackers Demobilizes

xiv. Seven (7) Wrist Watches

xv. Two (2) Laptops

xvi. 22 Women Wrappers.

xvii. Four (4) Different Vehicle Number Plates

xviii. One (1) Standing Fan

xix. Huge Sums of suspected fake US Dollars equivalent to about N490 Million

Investigation is ongoing to arrest other members of the gangs still at large.

All suspects would be arraigned in court on completion of investigation.

Meanwhile, members of the public whose vehicles were either stolen from where parked or snatched at gun point in the recent times should proceed to the Niger State Police Headquarters for identification and collection with documents of proof of ownership.
