The leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) Nnamdi Kanu and his deputy Uche Mefor, Thursday, met with some Members of the European Parliament in Brussels, the capital of Belgium.
The meeting according to Kanu was facilitated by Julie Ward, a British Member of the European Parliament for the North West England region for the Labour Party.

The IPOB leader who recently left the United Kingdom is presently in Belgium for the purpose of lobbying for an independent Biafran state, ORIENTAL TIMES understands.
Informing his followers on his personal Twitter handle, Kanu wrote: “Today, the Deputy Leader of #IPOB Mazi Uche Mefor and I meet with European MEPs at the European Parliament in Brussels Belgium, thanks to @julie4nw.
