Known Owerri Based Lawyer, Damian Ali Allegedly Beaten To Death By A Pharmacist

A popular lawyer in Owerri, Mr. Damian Ali, has been allegedly killed by a man said to run a pharmacy shop in the World Bank area of the Imo State capital.

An information made available to TheNigeriaLawyer (TNL) shows that Ali was fully dressed for work and had parked his car in front of the pharmacy for his child to buy something for him.

Imo State Police command confirmed the incident.

It was alleged that the pharmacist and his boys confronted Ali, which led to an argument.

The lawyer allegedly collapsed and died after he received a serious beating from the pharmacist and his boys.

The cause of the argument is yet unknown. However, as at the time of filing this report, Imo State Police command confirmed the incident
