A young man who defied the lock-down order has been seen publicly slapping a soldier who was punishing him.
A video has emerged online showing the startling moment a young man who was being punished by a soldier slapped the officer.

Local reports show that the incident happened in Ghana. The young man and his friends had defied the lock-down order and were apprehended by the soldier.
The soldier went on to punish them for disobeying the Presidential Directive to stay at home. However, as the soldier kept on hitting the young man, he suddenly snapped and slapped the soldier in the face.
The soldier immediately cocks his gun and engages the young man in a chase. It is not certain what happened after.
