Chukwuma, a foremost automobile maker in Nigeria, has disclosed that he received order for a staggering $4.7 million cars from Sierra Leone after the National Assembly lawmakers rejected his vehicles.
Chukwuma made this revelation during an exclusive interview with Vanguard.
OrientalTimes recalls that lawmakers on Wednesday, February 5th, 2020 declined a suggestion from a House member to purchase SUVs for members from Innoson Motors based in Nnewi, Anambra State.

The lawmaker who made the Innoson SUVs suggestion was shouted down as lawmakers insisted on brand new imported Sport Utility Vehicles against the locally assembled and made-in– Nigeria brands.
The action by the lawmakers enraged many Nigerians as a lot of them at that time took to micro-blogging platform, Twitter, to express their displeasure.
